Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, organization, role, message, and the email address you provide. We also collect privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics about how the site is used — page views and general device information — without cookies that track you across other sites.

How we use it

• To read and respond to your inquiry.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the site and reach you. Contact-form messages are delivered by Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides the aggregate analytics described above. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own terms.

Retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing omar@aegisys.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site and our products change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
