Phase One turns Phase Zero's blueprints into a working system. Agents implement and customize open-source ERP platforms to match how the organization actually operates — and where the blueprint calls for it, adapt processes to industry practice instead of encoding old habits into new software.

From blueprint to build

The blueprint is the specification.

Traditional implementations translate discovery documents by hand, through months of workshops and configuration. Phase Zero produces the blueprint; Phase One consumes it directly. The processes Phase Zero mapped become the specification the agents build against — module configuration, workflow definition, data structures, and the customizations a standard install can’t cover.

Why open source

Shaped to the blueprint, not compressed to fit.

Closed platforms limit what agents are allowed to change; open-source ERP lets the system be shaped to the blueprint rather than the blueprint compressed to fit the system. The organization owns the result — code, data, and record.
